Soliditet was founded in Sweden in 1908. Operations began in Finland in 1990 under the name of Soliditet LTD. In 1993, the Nordic Soliditet Group acquired the world's largest credit information company Dun & Bradstreet. In this context, the traditional Soliditet, the name was changed, the new parent company.
Now the circle is closed and operations have continued since 2008 under the name Soliditet. Today Soliditet is part of the Bisnode Group, which is Europe's leading credit information and corporate information with the actor. The Group's parent company is Bisnode, which is owned by the Stockholm Stock Exchange listed private equity company Ratos AB (70%) and Bonnier AB (30%).
